- Digital Data Collection & Technology
- Design, deploy, and maintain mobile data collection solutions.
- Configure and support platforms such as ODK, KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO, and CommCare.
- Support research teams in implementing reliable digital data collection systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues affecting data collection platforms.
- Cloud & Database Infrastructure
- Manage cloud infrastructure, including databases, dashboards, file storage, and automated workflows.
- Administer and maintain organizational databases.
- Monitor system performance, availability, security, and reliability.
- Implement appropriate backup and recovery procedures.
- Support infrastructure improvements as organizational technology needs evolve.
- Software & Analytics
- Build and maintain internal web-based tools and applications.
- Develop and maintain APIs and integrations.

Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
