Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate accounting records and
  • ensure timely posting of financial transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly
  • management accounts, financial reports, and reconciliations.
  • Assist
  • in monitoring suppliers’ costs, marketing expenses, and cost allocation
  • processes.
  • Send statements and account reconciliations to clients.
  • Maintain
  • proper filing and documentation of accounting records for audit and
  • compliance purposes.
  • Assist with internal and external audits
  • and implement audit recommendations.
  • Support
  • budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities
  • Conduct
  • daily payment follow-up calls and email reminders in line with assigned
  • targets.
  • Maintain
  • accurate records of client communications and collection activities.
  • Follow
  • up on overdue invoices and secure payment from clients.
  • Escalate
  • long-outstanding accounts to the Finance Manager where necessary.
  • Assist
  • in updating accounts receivable reports and aging schedules.
  • Prepare
  • daily and weekly collection status reports.
  • Assist
  • in maintaining accurate accounting records and documentation.
  • Support
  • bank reconciliations and other basic finance operations.
  • Ensure
  • compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
  • Perform
  • any other finance and administrative duties assigned by management.
