Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material palettes
- Produce detailed architectural, interior, joinery, and construction drawings
- Create high-quality 3D models, visualisations, and presentations
- Prepare material specifications, schedules, and BOQ inputs
- Coordinate interior designs with architectural, structural, and MEP
Requirements
- Manage projects from concept through construction and final handover
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals
- Conduct site inspections and ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and project teams
- Mentor and review the work of junior designers
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional
