Requirements
- Facilitate the optimal performance of IT infrastructure and enterprise systems, protect corporate data, and support commercial, billing, and field operations to guarantee reliable service delivery.
- Train end-users on existing and new technologies introduced to the company.
- Provide administrative and technical support to users and ensure proper usage and security, including assisting in the actual production of the reports
- Ensure proper maintenance of both computer hardware and software, and ensure that an up-to-date record of computer hardware is maintained
- Ensure adequate system integrity and security, including physical safety and security of the computer hardware
- Ensure that up-to-date systems documentation, operations, and manuals are maintained.

- Ensure that there are suitable control levels of consumables (stationery, printer ribbons, toners, etc
- Keep abreast with changes in technology and advise management on upgrades or purchase of new technology, as appropriate.
- Supervise, train, appraise, and motivate staff in the computer section
- B.Sc. – Information Technology/Computer Science from a recognized university
- Professional qualification, such as CCNA, will be an added advantage
- 3+ years of relevant hands-on IT support experience, with some roles requiring supervisory experience.
