Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for middle and junior-level positions. Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, and pre-employment checks. Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation. Maintain accurate HR records and personnel files. Administer employee exit processes in compliance with labour laws and company policies. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Participate in HR projects and cross-functional initiatives. Prepare monthly HR management reports. Generate and distribute probation and attendance reports. Analyse HR data to support informed decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. Minimum of 3 years'
