- Administer employee records, contracts, leaves and attendance, to ensure accurate and up-to-date personnel information in compliance with statutory and company requirements.
- Support the performance management process, including appraisal coordination and documentation.
- Handle employee relations matters by effectively addressing grievances, disciplinary issues, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
