- A well-established manufacturing company based in Nakuru is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR & Operations Manager to oversee its human resources function and support day-to-day factory operations.
- Key
- in HR and/or operations, preferably within a manufacturing, textile or industrial environment
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan employment and labour laws, Wage Orders and statutory
- managing payroll, attendance, leave, contracts, recruitment and employee records

- Ability to prepare clear management reports and follow up on agreed actions
