Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development or a relevant Bachelor’s degree with a Diploma or Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, plus at least three years’ relevant experience. The position is based in Kisumu and requires on-site work.
Qualifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must: –
Be a Kenyan citizen;
Have served for a minimum period of three (3) years in a relevant position;
Hold Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Human Resource Planning, Commerce (HR Option), or any other relevant qualification from a recognized Institution;
OR
Bachelors Degree in the following disciplines: Economics, Social Sciences, Education, Public/Business Administration, Government, Commerce Plus a Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/Development or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;
