The HR & Administration Associate will support the day-to-day HR and administrative operations, including employee support, office management, travel, immigration, medical administration, compliance, and employee engagement. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and coordination skills, who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and front-office operations
- Support employee onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and HR records
- Manage company medical scheme administration
- Support employee engagement, wellness, and team activities
- Coordinate expatriate immigration processes, including work permits and special passes
- Manage office administration, supplies, facilities, vendors, airtime, lunch, and branch support
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office events
- Support HR and administrative reporting, audits, and compliance
Requirements
- Manage operational permits, including OSHA, fire, business, and pest control certificates
- Provide leadership and support to Office Assistant
- Support HR policies, projects, and other ad-hoc projects
- Required Qualifications &
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years’
- in HR and administration
- IHRM membership is an added advantage
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
