  • Actively target travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients within the tourism segment
  • Leverage existing networks along Mombasa Road, Ngong Road, and Westlands to generate business
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent bookings
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and rate agreements
  • 2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients
  • Manage key accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Conduct regular client visits, sales calls, and presentations
  • Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and contract closures
  • Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums
  • 3. Market Expansion & Positioning
  • Identify new market opportunities within the tourism and hospitality sectors
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics
  • Promote the hotel’s offerings including accommodation, conferencing, and dining services
