- in developing and executing growth strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong networks to attract and retain affluent and wealth clients.
- Strong commercial and business acumen, with the ability to interpret market trends, assess risks and opportunities, and make strategic decisions that deliver superior client and business outcomes.

- in preparing, evaluating, and motivating complex credit applications and transactions, with a sound understanding of credit risk management and governance requirements.
- Deep knowledge of banking, wealth management, investment, lending, fiduciary, and advisory products and services, with the ability to deliver holistic financial solutions tailored to client needs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of client centricity, collaboration, accountability, and service excellence.
