Our client is seeking to hire a competent Hatchery Supervisor.
Job Purpose
- The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating Hatchery activities in the Eggs and Chicks Departments as per SOPs and based on Hatchery Supervisors Roster.
- KEY ROLES AND
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate activities in the Eggs and Chicks Departments in accordance with SOPs and the Hatchery Supervisors’ Roster.
- Maintain hygiene standards in all assigned work areas.
- Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, policies, statutory regulations, and expected behaviors at all times and implement corrective actions as required.
- Monitor and ensure all hatchery machines are operational and up and running.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience
- AND COMPETENCIES.
- Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- 2+ years’
