We’re building a brand that people notice — and we need the right person to help us do it.
As our Graphic Designer, you’ll have real creative ownership over how Mombo Sacco looks and feels across social media, digital platforms, print, and product. This is not a role where you show up and execute briefs. We want someone who brings ideas to the table, raises the visual standard, and produces work they’re genuinely proud of.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with our marketing and content teams to create visuals that actually land — content that stops the scroll, campaigns people remember, and member-facing materials that make financial information feel clear and human.
In practice, that covers the full range: static posts, carousels, GIFs, animations, reels, short-form video, motion graphics, infographics, branded templates, and print collateral. As platforms evolve, so will the formats— we won’t hand you a fixed list and call it a job description. If it helps us tell our story better, it’s fair game.
You’ll also contribute to UI/UX work on our digital products and join the creative conversation when we’re planning campaigns and strategy—not just brought in at the end to make things look nice.
What We’re Looking For:
A strong portfolio is the first thing we’ll look at. We want to see range — motion and static, digital and print, campaign work and everyday content.
You should be confident across the design tools you use and open to working AI into your process where it genuinely helps. Good art direction instincts matter too: someone who can hold a visual identity together across different outputs and, when needed, brief others.
Beyond the craft, we’re looking for someone who communicates clearly, manages their workload well, and actually cares about the communities Mombo Sacco serves.
We won't review applications without a portfolio.
Why Mombo Sacco
We’re growing quickly, and this is a moment where the right designer can leave a real mark. Your work will shape how people experience Mombo Sacco — members, partners, and the wider community. If you want a role where your output matters and your ideas are heard, this is it.
