Twyford Tile is seeking an experienced and creative Graphic Design Manager to lead its visual design activities for overseas marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality visual content, strengthening brand identity, supporting product marketing campaigns and managing a team of designers.
This position offers an opportunity for an experienced graphic design professional to contribute to international brand growth while working closely with marketing, product, sales and other business teams. The Graphic Design Manager will play an important role in ensuring that all visual communication is creative, consistent, culturally appropriate and aligned with the company's global brand standards.

Responsibilities
The Graphic Design Manager will lead the development of visual concepts and creative materials for international marketing campaigns. This includes creating key visuals, campaign posters, social media graphics, promotional video covers and materials for exhibitions and other offline events.
The role will also involve developing product marketing materials such as brochures, product launch posters, product detail page visuals and short-form video covers. The successful candidate will ensure that all creative materials are delivered accurately, professionally and within agreed timelines.
A major responsibility will be establishing and maintaining a scalable visual design system for overseas markets. This includes developing design guidelines, templates and standards that help maintain consistent brand recognition across different regions and marketing platforms.
The Graphic Design Manager will also provide leadership and guidance to the design team. This includes allocating assignments, managing project timelines, monitoring progress, reviewing completed work and providing creative direction. The manager will be expected to encourage collaboration, creativity and professional development within the team.
The successful candidate will work closely with Overseas Marketing, Product, Sales and other departments to understand business objectives and translate them into effective visual communication. They will also monitor international design and marketing trends and identify opportunities to improve the company's visual presence.

Requirements
- Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field. Candidates should have approximately 5–8 years of professional graphic design experience, including

- working with advertising agencies or handling large commercial design projects will be an added advantage. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to independently develop campaign key visuals and transform them into complete sets of marketing materials.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other mainstream graphic design tools is required. Strong knowledge of typography, colour theory, composition, visual communication and creative design principles is also important.
- The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, strong communication and coordination skills, good time management and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
