Responsibilities
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing employee documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR files are updated and confidential.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence.
- Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance, leave, and employee information.
- Assist in administering employee benefits, leave, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Support learning and development initiatives, including training coordination and record keeping.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with Kenyan labour laws.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases and filing systems.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and HR projects.
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager.
