  • Ensure efficient coordination between editorial, programming, production, commercial, marketing, digital, and support functions.
  • Establish operational standards and systems that promote efficiency, quality, and accountability.
  • Ensure that media operations are aligned with organisational strategy, policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • C. Revenue Generation & Commercial Growth
  • Lead the development and execution of revenue-generation strategies across all media platforms.
  • Drive advertising sales, sponsorships, strategic partnerships, content commercialisation, and other monetisation opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, strategic partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing revenue streams while developing new commercial models.
  • Monitor revenue performance and take corrective action where targets are not being achieved.
  • D. Financial & P&L Management
  • Take overall responsibility for the financial performance of the media business.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets in line with organisational objectives.
