- Facilitate co‑creation workshops
- Listen to customers, host communities, governments, and partners to uncover opportunities
- Narrative Development & Thought Leadership – 30%
- Shape ideas into compelling stories and concepts that inspire action and investment
- Support narrative building and thought leadership under the Director, FutureKind Strategy
- Turn complex insights into proposals, presentations, and funding opportunities
- Tell stories that inspire action across diverse audiences
- Partnership Building, Movement Mobilization & Learning – 40%
- Mobilize people, resources, and evidence to advance ideas and impact
- Scout opportunities and build ecosystems across philanthropy, government, business, academia, design, technology, and media
- Cultivate catalytic philanthropic relationships and strategic partnerships
- Design and host convenings to build community and attract collaborators
- Represent Alight and FutureKind externally
- Capture learning and strengthen evidence and impact across the portfolio
