Experience
in fiber optic installation, testing, maintenance, and customer technical support. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality fiber connectivity services while ensuring network reliability and excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair overhead and underground fiber optic feeder, distribution, and drop cables. Install and maintain indoor and outdoor fiber access terminals, joint boxes, and fiber distribution pedestals. Perform fiber splicing and cable termination to ensure secure, high-quality connections. Test and troubleshoot fiber optic networks using OTDRs and other testing equipment. Diagnose and resolve technical faults both onsite and remotely while providing excellent customer support. Conduct site surveys using GPS-enabled applications and interpret network design drawings and installation plans. Perform preventive maintenance to optimize network performance. Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, equipment, and inventory. Prepare technical reports using Microsoft Office applications. Ensure compliance with industry standards and workplace safety procedures. Qualifications Diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
