- Enroll and onboard new students and provide relevant information on available programs.
- Conduct telemarketing and student follow-ups using the CRM system.
- Support and coordinate fee collection and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Coordinate and support examination management and administration.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to student and customer inquiries.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and administrative activities at the branch.
- Supervise and coordinate staff working at branch level.
- Lead direct marketing initiatives to drive student enrollment and branch growth.
- Maintain accurate student and branch records.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
