- a) Ticketing & Payments: Handle cash, credit/debit card, and mobile money (M-Pesa) transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system for park entry passes, combo
- deals, and special packages.
- b) Guest Greeting & Assistance: Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all park visitors. Answer inquiries regarding ticket pricing, ride safety rules, park schedules and locker renting.
- c)Cash Management: Reconcile daily float, issue accurate receipts, maintain cash registers, and conduct shift end-of-day float balancing without errors.
- d) Access Control Support: Check guest tickets at entry point, issue park wristbands and Locker keys, and assist in maintaining smooth traffic flow during peak hours.
- e) Customer Inquiry & Dispute Handling: Calmly resolve guest queries or ticketing
- discrepancies with professionalism, escalating complex issues appropriately when necessary.
- f) Administrative Support: Keep front-desk workstations clean, organized, and stocked with
- promotional materials, receipts, and necessary operational supplies.
