Turn interest into signed operators
Tayba Farms Limited owns and operates Kuku Box — turnkey mobile chicken stalls placed with independent operators across Nairobi’s commuter hubs. Every week, people enquire about running one. Your job is to work out which of them are serious, show them the numbers, walk them through the process, and get the agreement signed.
This is a field sales role with a monthly target and a commission structure that rewards you properly for hitting it. You will be out of the office more than you are in it.
What you will do
Work every lead.
Follow up on enquiries from the website, phone, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins — fast. Speed of first response is the single biggest driver of whether a lead converts.
Qualify honestly.
Run discovery calls and initial interviews. Establish whether the candidate has the capital, the availability, and the temperament to run a stall. Disqualify early rather than dragging weak candidates through the funnel.
Screen properly.
Conduct background and reference checks and financial screening, and document them to the standard the business requires.
Show, don’t tell.
Host prospects at operating stalls. Walk them through real unit economics, equipment handling, stock ordering, and a live trading day. Let the stall do the selling.
Close.
Take candidates through the Franchise and Lease Agreements, answer the hard questions, secure signature, and collect the initial security deposit.
Keep the record straight.
Maintain accurate lead and stage data in the CRM and deliver a weekly conversion report to the Head of Franchise.
