Key Responsibilities
- The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for:
- 1. Managing the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, kitchen and banqueting or events departments.
- 2. Planning menus and pricing in collaboration with the kitchen team.
- 3. Maintaining food quality, portion control and presentation standards.
- 4. Monitoring food and beverage costs to support profitability.
- 5. Controlling wastage, stock levels and inventory.
- 6. Recruiting, scheduling, training and supervising food and beverage employees.
- 7. Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and licensing requirements.
- 8. Handling guest feedback and ensuring customer concerns are addressed professionally.
- 9. Preparing sales and cost reports for submission to the General Manager.
- 10. Maintaining consistent service standards across all food and beverage operations.
- Qualifications and Requirements
- Interested candidates should meet the following requirements:
- 1. A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Food and Beverage Management or a related field.
- 2. At least three years of experience in food and beverage supervision or management.
- 3. Previous experience working in a hotel or resort environment.
