Responsibilities

  • Own and drive monthly sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporates, institutions, estates, hospitality, events, and strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and key accounts.
  • Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion and repeat business.
  • Plan and execute market activations and customer acquisition initiatives with clear revenue objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop strategies to reactivate dormant customers and increase repeat purchases and customer spend.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, pricing, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and take corrective action where targets are not being met.
  • Work closely with the Founder to translate commercial strategy into actionable sales activities, partnerships, and revenue.
