The successful intern will work closely with the Finance team and provide support in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling financial information and assisting with routine accounting activities. The position will provide practical exposure to financial procedures and help the intern develop a strong understanding of how finance functions support day-to-day business operations.
A key responsibility will be assisting with the processing and reconciliation of e-TIMS, bank transactions and daily financial records. The intern will help ensure that financial transactions are properly recorded, checked and supported by relevant documentation. Accuracy and attention to detail will be essential when handling financial information and maintaining transaction records.
The Finance Intern will also assist in reviewing invoices and supporting documents to ensure that information is complete and accurate before processing. This may involve checking invoice details, confirming supporting documentation and helping identify discrepancies that require clarification or correction.
The role will provide practical exposure to VAT returns and other statutory financial reporting requirements. The intern will assist the Finance team with preparation and filing activities while gaining an understanding of relevant financial procedures and compliance requirements. This

The successful candidate will also support the maintenance and updating of daily transaction journals and other financial records.
