- . Generate customer invoices in a timely manner and actively follow up on outstanding payments.

- . Track recurring company expenses including software subscriptions, domains, licenses, and vendor payments.
- . Prepare weekly cash flow reports and assist with cash flow forecasting.
- . Assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning activities.
- . Verify financial statements, ledgers, and accounts, making corrections where necessary.
- . Prepare management reports and support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- . Assist with preparation of financial statements, audit exercises, and other finance-related functions as assigned.
- . Maintain proper filing and organization of contracts, invoices, receipts, and statutory records.
- . Support procurement and payment processing in accordance with company policies.
