In this position you will

Foster strong collaborative relationships with colleagues by maintaining transparent and effective communication.

Support Service Technicians by evaluating and identifying necessary parts requirements.

Cultivates constructive partnerships with both vendors and team members to foster a collaborative and efficient work environment.

When special order components become available, promptly notify customers to ensure timely acquisition.

Provide technicians with required components promptly, minimizing lead times; employ pre-picked parts where advantageous, such as during customer recall appointments or scheduled service intervals.

Employ techniques from retail management to merchandise and showcase parts and accessories effectively.

Collaborate effectively with the Service Department, Sales Department, Body Shop, and other relevant teams to guarantee the fulfillment of parts requests.

Identify opportunities for methods and process improvement within the Parts Department and provide support for their implementation.

Leverage parts databases and catalogues to gather comprehensive information regarding available inventory of parts and accessories.

Ensure precise management of parts inventory to optimize efficiency and prevent any disruptions in customer service.

Utilizes available inventory allowances to effectively minimize idle and obsolete stock levels.

Responsible for organizing and managing a systematic filing system to ensure all documentation related to repair orders, special orders, and back orders is properly maintained.

Handle customer inquiries regarding parts, ensuring prompt and accurate responses, while also following up to facilitate sales.

Maintain awareness of New Holland and competitor products and pricing structures on an ongoing basis.

Special orders are processed, and subsequent sales activities are diligently monitored to ensure fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Whenever assisting customers, actively identify opportunities to recommend and sell additional parts that complement their needs.

Engaging in company-initiated promotional initiatives is an integral aspect of this role, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and brand awareness campaigns.

Assess client accounts, identify potential prospects, and foster customer retention.

Develop and implement monthly and quarterly sales growth strategies specifically targeting parts sales to drive measurable results.

The team will segment regions based on their individual components, purchasing capacities, and develop a comprehensive itinerary for upcoming visits.

About You
