Wice is looking for aggressive and results oriented Field Sales Executives, based respectively in Eldoret, Kisumu and Mombasa, to generate new business for our pest control, fumigation, cleaning and hygiene services. This is a field based business development role. We need people who can identify potential customers, approach decision makers.

Responsibilities
- Prospect for new customers within the assigned city and surrounding areas.
- Conduct daily physical visits to potential clients.
- Sell Wice's pest control, fumigation, cleaning and hygiene services.
- Target commercial and institutional customers including hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, offices, apartments, property managers, warehouses, supermarkets and other businesses.
- Generate residential pest-control leads where appropriate.
- Identify and contact facility managers, procurement managers, property managers, administrators, business owners and other decision-makers.
- Book site inspections and customer meetings.
- Prepare/facilitate quotations and follow up aggressively until closure.
- Develop recurring service contracts.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Follow up previous customers for repeat business and contract renewals.
- Maintain an accurate customer and prospect database.
- Submit daily activity and weekly pipeline reports.
- Achieve agreed monthly sales targets.
