Responsibilities
- Execute Procurement with Excellence
- Support creation and execution of seasonal procurement strategies.
- Deliver +90% OTIF (On‑Time, In‑Full) delivery and 5% annual cost savings.
- Ensure absolute quality control with 0 issues reaching farmers.
- Maintain +80% on‑time supplier payment rate.
- Proactively address supply gaps by evaluating farmer needs, market trends and inventory.
- Drive lead‑time improvements through streamlined delivery and automation.
- Improve operations such as goods receipt and loading quality control.
- Develop and maintain Google Sheets data models to track market trends and landed costs.
- Provide decision support on optimal purchasing windows.
- Build Partnerships & Market Liaisons
- Maintain deep partnerships with fertilizer suppliers and industry organizations.
- Collaborate with country teams to identify opportunities for farmers.
- Represent One Acre Fund externally with suppliers and market actors.
- People Management
- Manage and mentor a small team with clear goals and feedback.
