Responsibilities
* Safely transport the Executive Director to meetings, appointments, and official engagements. * Provide transportation services to company visitors and guests as required. * Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle remains roadworthy. * Ensure all vehicle documents, including insurance and inspection certificates, are valid and up to date. * Maintain the assigned vehicle in a clean and presentable condition. * Monitor fuel, oil, tyre condition, and routine maintenance requirements. * Adhere to traffic laws and safe driving practices at all times. * Use GPS and route planning tools to ensure timely arrivals. * Report vehicle faults, accidents, or maintenance
