The successful candidate will provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to the CEO while also assisting with personal coordination, travel, household matters and organisational systems. Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s business and personal calendars, coordinate appointments and meetings, and ensure priorities and follow-ups are effectively managed.
- Manage correspondence, inboxes and action points, ensuring important matters are followed through and completed within the required timelines.
- Coordinate local and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, transport and detailed itineraries.
- Prepare meeting briefs, organise documents, track action items and provide general administrative support to the CEO.
- Maintain organised digital records, including expenses, receipts, contacts, documents and other personal and business information.
- Build and maintain systems, trackers and workflows using tools such as Notion, CRM platforms and AI tools to improve organisation and efficiency.
- Support personal and household coordination where required, including appointments, service providers, household staff, errands and other day-to-day arrangements.
- Assist with company events, staff activities and basic social media content where required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees, suppliers, clients and senior stakeholders.
- Proactive and dependable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow tasks through to completion with minimal supervision.
