We are seeking a qualified IT Technician to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Electronic Queue Management Systems (EQMS) and related hardware/software. This role supports both new deployments and existing client installations, ensuring system reliability and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 2 years’
in IT support, systems installation, or ICT infrastructure
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, and networking fundamentals
Hands-on
with printers, kiosks, displays, and LAN troubleshooting
Professional certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL) are an added advantage
with EQMS, SQL/database support, or systems integration will be highly desirable
