- Work closely with operational teams to support informed decision‑making, risk management, and commercial performance, acting as a collaborative finance partner to maximise business impact.
- Accountabilities
- Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as trusted finance partner to Finance Directors and Market Leads
- Provide decision support, financial insights, and profitability analysis
- Enable stakeholders to understand performance by identifying cost drivers, KPIs, risks, and opportunities
- Manage multiple stakeholder requests, prioritising based on risk, impact, and urgency
- Operational Decision Support
- Develop financial analysis and business cases for Teaching Centres, delivery models, market expansion, property changes, and investments
- Produce cost‑benefit, ROI, and payback analyses
- Conduct scenario and financial modelling to assess regulatory, tax, and organisational changes
- Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support annual planning, forecasting, and scenario modelling across business units and regions
- Provide clear financial guidance to non‑finance stakeholders
- Explain variances, manage budget queries, and support expenditure tracking
- Financial Monitoring, Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and deliver accurate management reporting, KPI dashboards, variance analysis, and performance insights
- Produce ad hoc analysis and reporting to support decisions and reviews
- Ensure data accuracy through collaboration with CoE and reporting teams

Experience
- Essential
- Intermediate
- in financial management, FP&A, or
- management accounting
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and analytics skills
- Strong data literacy (Power BI, dashboard creation)
- providing financial support to operational teams
- Strong communication skills, including data‑driven storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and activities
- Desirable
- in Exams, Teaching, or broader education/commercial service environments
- with SAP or similar ERP platforms
- with Anaplan or similar EPM platforms

- Business Partnering: build trust and communicate financials clearly
- Financial Acumen: strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and drivers
- Analytical Skills: prepare variance analysis and identify early warning indicators
