  • NTSA Licensing & Compliance:
  • Lead the initial school registration process via eCitizen, coordinate physical inspections of the premises/yard, and ensure full compliance with the Traffic Act.
  • Operational Setup:
  • Design the school's theoretical curriculum, map out practical training routes, and establish vehicle scheduling systems.
  • Fleet & Facility Management:
  • Oversee the conversion of fleet vehicles to dual-control systems, manage routine mechanical maintenance tracking, and maintain classroom standards.
  • Staff Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of NTSA-licensed driving instructors and support staff.
  • Business Growth:
  • Implement customer service frameworks and marketing strategies to drive student enrollment and hit monthly revenue targets.
