Job Purpose
The Doctor plays a critical frontline role in delivering patient-centred outpatient care. The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-quality clinical services in a cost-effective, efficient, and customer-friendly manner while adhering to national health guidelines and internal standard operating procedures.

- Clinical Excellence & Patient Care:
- Examine, diagnose, and treat patients in strict adherence to Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists
- Council (KMPDC) standards and internal Standard Treatment Guidelines (STGs).
- Ensure high standards of medical ethics, clinical governance, and evidence-based medicine across all client consultations.
- Operational Compliance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure full compliance with organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and clinical audit benchmarks.
- Maintain precise, up-to-date, and confidential electronic medical records (EMR) for all patient interactions.
- Health Promotion & Preventive Care:
- Lead and participate in health promotion activities
- Advocate for holistic healthcare solutions that support long-term patient wellness and disease management.
