The position is based in Kisumu and requires on-site work.
Qualifications
- For appointment to this grade, an officer must have:
- Be a citizen of Kenya;
- Have served in the grade of Assistant Director, Human Resource Management for a minimum period of three (3) years;
- Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;
- OR
- Bachelors degree in any of the following disciplines: – Economics, Sociology, Business Administration, Public Administration, Commerce Plus a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/Development or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;
- Masters degree in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;
- Be in possession of Leadership Course lasting not less than six (6) weeks or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
- Been registered by the Institute of Human Resource Management (IRM), (vii) A valid practicing license;
