Stratostaff Direct Sales Representative - Nakuru Jobs in Kenya

Job Purpose

The Direct Sales Representative (DSR) will support a client in the banking industry by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring customers, and driving sales growth.

The role requires strong sales, customer engagement, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Actively participate in opening quality accounts for new customers.
Cross-sell the bank's digital products to both existing and new customers.
Deliver assigned targets for deposit mobilization and quality loan disbursement to individual and business customers.
Provide excellent customer service and actively engage clients on available banking products and services.
Implement customer retention strategies by educating customers on the bank's product portfolio and strengthening customer loyalty.
Gather customer feedback and communicate areas for improvement to supervisors.
Acquire new business and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or line manager.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.
