- Collaborate with line management to develop and monitor sales initiatives
- Track adherence to SLAs during acquisition and onboarding
- Recover devices from non‑compliant customers
- Customer Support
- Provide first‑level troubleshooting and resolution of customer issues
- Escalate unresolved customer and network issues appropriately
- Reporting
- Collate daily target achievements and analyze monthly market trends
- Prepare dashboards for weekly reviews and ad‑hoc reports
- Market Intelligence
- Monitor and report competitor activities
- Provide customer insights and suggest relevant products or services
- Market Activation
