Requirements

  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Design
  • solutions in the security system and live safety systems environments.
  • This includes but are not limited to CCTV, Access Control, PAVA,
  • Entrance Control, IPBAX, and Intercom.
  • Prepare
  • and generate 2D and 3D drawings in AutoCAD and other design software as
  • maybe applicable. This includes working drawings and As Built Drawings.
  • Conduct site surveys and make sketch for solutions design.
  • Develop and prepare bill of quantities from the designed solutions.
  • Collaborate
  • with cross functional teams e.g. Project managers, engineers, and
  • clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
  • Attending project meetings with the clients and other stakeholders.
  • Manage project communications by means of MoMs.
  • Interact and effectively communicate with various team members in project design work,
  • Identify and provide strategic work solutions to improve design work.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and design practices and incorporate them into project deliverables.
  • Follow and adhere to the reputed design standards and guidelines as may be applicable.
  • Diploma or Degree in any Engineering Field, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or Urban Planning.
