Responsibilities
- The Data Analyst – Sales will be responsible for supporting sales performance and business decision-making through effective use of data. Key

- Design and improve procedures for consolidating business and product performance data from multiple sources.
- Collect, organize and analyse sales and business data.
- Prepare regular reports on business and product KPIs.
- Support sales forecasting and assessment of future sales and business capability requirements.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers, Sales Coordinators, Sales Administrators, Sales Team Leaders and Sales Representatives to gather relevant sales information.
- Support the sales team in achieving established sales targets.
- Provide information and guidance to sales teams regarding scheduled targets.
- Develop KPI scorecards to help drive revenue growth and improve sales performance.
- Run monthly business KPI reports and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Track initiatives, usage and revenue through appropriate monitoring tools and trackers.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor implementation of agreed corrective plans.
- Champion the use of CRM systems and provide regular reports through the CRM platform.
- Support integration of business systems and customer databases within the CRM environment.
- Help reduce manual intervention and improve the availability of a single view of customer information.
- Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems and data analytics processes.
- Ensure data is collected, organized and maintained accurately.
- Analyse sales performance and provide feedback to relevant teams.
- Interface with sales teams when developing business cases.
- Review performance against sales targets and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Provide insights into sales trends and changing customer or market patterns.
- Present relevant reports and findings during Management Review Meetings (MRM) and Balanced Scorecard (BSC) meetings where required.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
- Provide stakeholders with clear and actionable recommendations based on analysis.
