Responsibilities
- Prepare and send daily appointment reminders and treatment communications to patients.
- Communicate ongoing promotions and special offers through phone calls, emails, and other approved channels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests.
- Handle customer complaints effectively and escalate unresolved issues to the Branch Manager where necessary.
- Collect and accurately capture customer information from job cards.
- Upload customer data into Navision and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer communication and follow-up reports.
- Report on branch activities, including walk-in patients, quotations, sales, and follow-ups.
- Process customer orders and billing accurately.
- Ensure proper documentation and handover of customer records.
- Maintain compliance with hospital SOPs, operational policies, and issued memos.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and branch sales.
- Deliver exceptional face-to-face and telephone customer service in line with hospital standards.
