Responsibilities
- Manage the reception desk and switchboard.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional reception area.
- Receive, screen, and direct visitors to the appropriate offices.
- Respond to visitors' queries and telephone inquiries professionally.
- Profile visitors and maintain accurate visitor records.
- Record and confirm visitors' appointments.
- Issue visitor passes and ensure proper visitor management procedures are followed.
- Receive correspondence delivered to the reception and dispatch it to the relevant offices.
- Attend to incoming telephone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments or officers.
- Distribute relevant NGAAF brochures and information materials to customers.
- Collect and collate data to support the development, implementation, and review of corporate communication policies, strategies, regulations, and procedures.
