Job Description

Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.

Follow up with customers on overdue invoices and outstanding debts.

Prepare and issue payment reminders, statements, and collection reports.

Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and credit transactions.

Assess customer credit applications and recommend appropriate credit limits.

Liaise with sales, finance, and other departments to resolve credit-related issues.

Prepare regular reports on collections, outstanding debts, and credit performance.

Ensure compliance with company credit policies and procedures.

Support strategies to improve cash flow and minimize bad debts.
