On of our clients is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Contracts Officer to manage commercial contracts and support the organisation’s contract lifecycle management processes. The successful candidate will work closely with User Departments, Sourcing, Procurement, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure contracts accurately capture agreed commercial terms and comply with internal policies and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements, rate contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and other contractual documents.
- Coordinate with User Departments, Sourcing, Procurement, Legal, and Finance teams to gather contract
Requirements

- Ensure contracts accurately reflect agreed commercial terms, pricing, service levels, responsibilities, and obligations.
- Maintain contract templates, standard terms and conditions, and contract repositories.
- Track contract approvals, renewals, amendments, expirations, and other key contractual milestones.
- Support contract negotiations by preparing documentation and incorporating agreed changes.
- Monitor contract compliance and support the resolution of contractual issues and disputes.
- Prepare contract-related reports, summaries, trackers, and management updates.
