Prepare and deliver client pitches, proposals, and presentations. Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders with tailored solutions. Drive cross-selling opportunities across Zamara’s insurance and Pension products. Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and HR teams. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention. Advisory and Technical Support Provide expert advice on benefit design, market benchmarking, and underwriting options. Liaise with underwriters to structure optimal medical insurance solutions. Interpret policy terms and guide clients on exclusions, claims procedures, and provider access. Market Intelligence and Reporting Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and innovation in medical insurance. Generate periodic performance reports and pipeline forecasts.
