  • Monitor workmanship and ensure compliance with established
  • quality, health and safety, and site management standards

  • Coordinate artisans, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site activities to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, labour utilization, material requirements, and overall site activities.
  • Prepare timely and accurate

  • and maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
  • Identify potential delays, quality concerns, material shortages, and other site-related challenges, and escalate them promptly for appropriate action.
  • Assist with procurement planning and coordinate the timely availability and delivery of required construction materials.

  • project schedules, cutting lists, material schedules, and other technical documentation
