Requirements
- Research and identify construction, infrastructure and related tender opportunities from official government, institutional and other reliable sources.
- Research construction projects and developments across relevant sectors, including buildings, roads, water, energy and other infrastructure.
- Assist in verifying tender and project information before it is incorporated into the company’s research and information systems.
- Organize and maintain accurate databases and records of construction tenders, projects, companies and other relevant industry information.
- Monitor construction and infrastructure developments to identify emerging projects and potential opportunities in the market.
- Conduct research on construction companies, procuring entities, project owners and other relevant industry stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing concise research briefs, project summaries and construction-market insights for internal and platform use.
- What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology or a related construction discipline.
- Genuine interest in the construction industry, infrastructure development and tendering.
