• Bachelor's Degree in any of the following disciplines; Clinical Medicine, Nursing, Health Systems Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration.
• Master's Degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Public Health, Business
Administration (MBA), or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' progressive
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality healthcare service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, healthcare policies, and operational procedures.
- Monitor and continuously improve patient care standards, service quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate clinical workflows, staffing schedules, and resource allocation to maximize operational
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance healthcare delivery and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise clinical and operational teams to drive high performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and support staff development initiatives.
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, accountability, and ethical conduct.
- Foster a positive, patient-centered workplace culture focused on continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, legal requirements, and professional practice standards.
