Experience

Job Field: Insurance
Key Primary Responsibilities
Review reserves and close old outstanding claims.
Process new insurance claims notifications.
Pay claims and service providers while ensuring compliance with IRA regulations.
Initiate legal recovery of monies paid out.
Keep costs at a minimum.
Adhere to legal requirements, industry regulations and customer quality standards.
Customer Service
Respond promptly and appropriately to client enquiries.
Dispatch and settle discharge vouchers promptly.
Maintain accurate records of claims processed for effective query response.
Brief departmental manager regularly and consult as required.
Administrative Functions
Participate and contribute in meetings, discussions and consultations to address performance hindrances.
Enter claims data into the system.
Academic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.

Integrity.
Professional Qualifications
