Qualifications
Be a Kenyan Citizen
Served for a minimum period of three (3) years in the grade of Senior Human Resource Management Officer or in a comparable and relevant position; (
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Human Resource Planning, Commerce (HR Option), or any other relevant qualification from a recognized Institution;
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in the following disciplines: Economics, Social Sciences, Education, Public/Business Administration, Government, Commerce plus a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/Development or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;
Registered with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM);
Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
