- Patient Billing and Customer Service
- Guide patients and guardians on admission
Requirements

- Verify that patients' or guardians' SHA contributions are up to date before admission.
- Educate patients on available payment options, including private insurance and SHA.
- Process patient billing, generate accurate invoices, and explain billing procedures.

- Reconcile daily revenue collections with the Chief Accountant.
- Prepare weekly cash collection reports.
- Support insurance claims processing when required.
- Assist with petty cash payments and cheque disbursements in the absence of the relevant finance officer.
- Record all receipts accurately and sequentially within the financial system.
- Quality Assurance and Administrative Support
- Participate in mobile clinic activities by coordinating financial processes.
- Support stock-taking exercises when assigned.
- Ensure compliance with child protection and safeguarding policies.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness and occupational safety standards in line with OSHA requirements.
- Support hospital quality improvement initiatives and SAFECARE standards.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
